COVID Updates and Guidelines
For the caring and health of all those in our kehillah, CBINT’s Reopening Task Force meets regularly to monitor CDC and North Shore Health Department guidelines, and to update our guidelines accordingly.
Task Force Members: Chair Keith Lindenbaum, Rabbi Joel Alter, Hazzan Jeremy Stein, Executive Director Don Shane, Amy Blumenthal, Henny Graupe, M.D., Richard London, M.D., Vivian Rothschild, Melinda Swartz, Bruce Weiss, M.D., and Neil Zimmerman, Ph.D.
Guidelines for Services:
Masks: Required of individuals aged 2 and over throughout the building, regardless of vaccination status.
Vaccination: Full Vaccination Strongly Recommended for all-vaccine eligible individuals.
This guidance is consistent with the position of the Conservative Movement that there is a halakhic obligation for Jews to vaccinate themselves and their children.
We ask adults who are not fully vaccinated to consider participating virtually for their own safety.
All attendees must maintain physical distance in addition to masking.
Do not attend if you are not feeling well even if vaccinated.
Tallit and Kippah: You may bring your own or use CBINT’s.
All services are in person in the Sanctuary with the exception of Saturday evening Ma’ariv and Havdalah at the conclusion of Shabbat. Times are announced in the weekly eblast. Click here to join the list.
All services are also available on Zoom.
Owing to the continued threat to our communal and individual health, we currently count both those in the room and on Zoom toward the minyan.
